What You’ll Learn – In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to craft a variety of sushi delicacies, including the ever-popular Spicy Tuna Roll, the refreshing Salmon Hand Roll, and the classic Maguro Nigiri.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the process, from preparing the sushi rice to rolling and shaping the perfect sushi rolls.

It doesn’t end there – no sushi experience would be complete without the essential accompaniments.

You'll also learn how to make perfectly seasoned sticky rice and a creamy green tea ice cream to round out your sushi feast.

Learn the secrets of selecting the freshest fish, preparing perfectly seasoned rice, and rolling sushi with precision and finesse.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a 3-day notice from the time of scheduled class for a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 3 days will be given a class or in-store credit. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled class time, each participant will only receive 50% refund as a class or in-store credit. (You must contact us by email or phone as we cannot guarantee a response via social media, Google, text, etc.)
